GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
The contractual relationship between The Food Beat and the Client that will take place through the Website will be considered as a purchase sale electronically and will be regulated by the provisions of these General Conditions and in the Spanish regulations that are applicable to the matter.
The purpose of the contractual relationship between The Food Beat and the Customer will be the purchase and sale of food products offered on the Website. The characteristics of the products offered are those listed on this website and are obtained by clicking on the icon corresponding to each item, always corresponding to the characteristics outlined by the manufacturer.
The prices of the items are in euros and have VAT included. Shipping costs are not included and will be paid by the Customer. These expenses are those indicated on the Website. The invoice will detail the shipping costs.
3. Payment methods
The payment of the items may be made by any of the following means:
By credit card: Visa or MasterCard. Payment by card, which may not exceed € 500 and will not accrue additional expenses. The amount to be paid by this means will be retained in the Customer’s account once he confirms the order and charged to the account itself on the date of shipment.

5. Delivery of orders and shipping
After completing the purchase process, The Food Beat will send an email to the email provided by the Customer confirming receipt of the order.
The Food Beat reserves the right to refuse any order in the event that the requested product(s) are not available, in which case, the product(s) will be recorded by email not available The delivery of the products will be made by transport agency or postal mail. 6. Prices and validity period of the offer
